low-fat yogurt

white vinegar

cayenne

juice, of 1 lemon

salt, and pepper to taste

heat water in a double boiler. in top pan, vigorously whisk egg yolks, yogurt, until thick and creamy. take off of the heat and whisk in vinegar, cayenne, lemon juice, salt and pepper. set aside.
