Combine the first 3 ingredients in a small bowl and let stand for 30 minutes. Drain.

Combine balsamic, oil and pepper in a large bowl ; whisk well, add watermelon, cucumber and onion mixture - toss gently to coat. Arrange mixture on a platter. Top
