Watermelon Lemonade

fresh squeezed lemon juice

fresh watermelon puree, strained

3/4

cup

simple syrup, (see note)

cold water

Make watermelon puree by mashing watermelon chunks into a blender and processing till smooth. Strain through sieve to remove seeds and pulp. Pour pulp, lemon juice, water and syrup into a pitcher. Stir. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve.
