Soak the entire garlic pot in water for 5 - 10 minutes.

Cut the top off the garlic head so that the individual cloves are

exposed. Brush the garlic head with olive oil, Salt and pepper to

taste. Place in cold oven and set to 350. Cook 35 - 40 minutes.
