swiss cheese

ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and drained

ounces Russian dressing, (recipe follows)

Place 1/2 of corned beef and 1/2 of cheese on bread and repeat another layer.

Steam until corned beef is hot and cheese is melted. Layer beef, cheese,

sauerkraut, russian dressing and reapeat. Top with bread.
