Piri Piri sauce

to 6 Piri Piri chiles

gloves of garlic, minced

juice, of 1 lemon

pinch, of salt

cup

of extra virgin olive oil

De-stem chiles. Throw everything in a blender and puree. Pour into a

glass jar and let steep for at least 24 hours at room temperature.

Strain and return to jar. Sauce will keep for one month in the fridge.
