Mango Tomatillo Salsa

Jalapeno Chile, diced

12oz Cans of Tomatillos, drained

Pineapple Juice

Orange Juice

White Vinegar

Minced Garlic

Vinager, White, chopped

lime juice

Large Ripe Mangoes

Red Onion, diced small

In a blender or Food Processor, puree the tomatillos, pineapple and

orange juices, vinegar, garlic, chile, cilantro and lime juice. Put

remaining ingredients in bowl and add puree. Mix well.

Servings: 3
