large red bell pepper, chopped

of fresh chopped parsley

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain. Place pasta into a large bowl and set aside.

In a large non-stick pan heat the olive oil on medium-low heat. Sauté the garlic until just brown. Set aside.

In a bowl, create the salad dressing by combining the mayonnaise, parsley and jerk and hot sauce salt and pepper. Add cooled garlic and oil. Stir together to blend.

Add to the cooked pasta and vegetables and serve.
