Dacc's Peanut Sauce

tbl shallot, minced

tbl jalapenos, chopped

curry powder

garlic, minced

1/2cup water, with 1 tbl coconut extract

cup

peanut butter

tsp

lemon juice

tsp

maple syrup or brown sugar

Heat the oil in saucepan. Add shallot, jalapeno, curry powder and

garlic and cook, stirring, until the shallot is lightly browned.

Whisk in water, peanut butter, brown sugar or maple syrup, lemon juice

and bring just to a boil. simmer for 2 minutes. Thin with water if

5

necessary.
